Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using REPŌ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

REPŌ provides AI-powered sales representative deployment services. Users deploy AI agents ("Reps") to conduct outreach on their behalf. REPŌ operates on a pay-per-booked-call model — you are only charged when a Rep successfully books a qualified call on your calendar as defined in your configuration.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charges are made during the trial period. After the trial, charges apply per booked call based on your selected plan.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize REPŌ to charge your payment method per booked call. A "booked call" is defined as a confirmed calendar appointment with a lead matching your stated ICP criteria. No-shows after confirmation count as booked calls — outreach performance is outside REPŌ's control once a call is confirmed.

5. Performance Guarantee

If your deployed Rep does not book a single qualified call within the first 30 days of deployment, that month is free. This guarantee applies once per Rep deployment. REPŌ reserves the right to review deployment configuration before applying the guarantee.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use REPŌ to:

Conduct outreach to individuals who have not opted in to receive communications where required by law
Violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or other applicable regulations
Impersonate individuals or organizations fraudulently
Deploy Reps for illegal purposes

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Data and Privacy

REPŌ stores configuration data, conversation logs, and billing information. See our Privacy Policy for full details. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

REPŌ's platform, Rep personas, and associated content are owned by REPŌ. You retain ownership of your business data and lead information.

9. Limitation of Liability

REPŌ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to REPŌ in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. REPŌ may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Outstanding charges for booked calls remain due upon termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
