- Account information: name, email, company name provided at signup
- Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe (we do not store card details)
- Business configuration: ICP criteria, calendar links, outreach settings
- Conversation data: message logs between your deployed Rep and leads
- Usage data: dashboard activity, feature usage, session information
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the REPŌ service
- To process payments and send billing notifications
- To send product updates and onboarding emails (opt-out available)
- To provide customer support
- To analyze platform performance and Rep effectiveness
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Supabase (database infrastructure)
- Anthropic (AI processing for Rep conversations — conversation data is not used to train models per Anthropic's API terms)
5. Lead Data
Your leads' contact information is stored securely and used solely to facilitate outreach on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to contact your leads.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@repo.ai. Account deletion removes your profile data within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No advertising cookies are used.
8. GDPR / CCPA
For users in the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. Contact us at support@repo.ai to exercise these rights.
9. Children's Privacy
REPŌ is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
