30-Day Qualified-Call Guarantee
REPŌ is sold on a single promise: if it doesn't book qualified calls, you don't pay. This page is the formal version of that promise — what counts, who's covered, and exactly how to get your money back if we miss.
We wrote this page because we believe a guarantee that requires a lawyer to read isn't a guarantee at all. If anything below is unclear, email guarantee@repoai.app and we'll fix the wording.
What Counts as a Qualified Call
A "qualified call" is the unit of value REPŌ is sold by — so the definition matters. We use the same definition for billing and for the guarantee.
Qualifies
- Lead matches the ICP criteria you defined during onboarding (industry, company size, geography, role).
- Lead explicitly confirmed the appointment over voice, SMS, or email reply.
- Meeting was placed on your connected calendar at a time the lead agreed to.
- Confirmed no-shows still count — we can't force a prospect to pick up the phone after they said yes.
Doesn't Qualify
- Leads outside your ICP (wrong industry, geography, or seniority).
- Bookings the lead never confirmed (auto-suggested slots without a reply).
- Duplicate bookings from a lead already on your calendar in the last 30 days.
- Bookings cancelled by the lead before the meeting time, with no reschedule.
The Mechanics
Below is how the refund actually works, who is covered, how to claim, and when the 30-day window starts and stops.
How the Refund Works
If your rep books zero qualified calls in the first 30 days from go-live, you owe nothing for that period.
- Pay-per-call (Starter & Growth): any per-call charges incurred during the 30-day window are refunded in full to your original payment method.
- Monthly Volume: your first billing cycle is credited back as a 100% refund or a free month, your choice.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of eligibility confirmation.
- You keep all transcripts, recordings, and lead data captured during the trial period.
Who's Eligible
The guarantee applies to every new workspace, on every plan, as long as the rep was given a fair chance to perform.
- New accounts on Starter, Growth, or Monthly Volume — first 30 days from rep go-live.
- Rep must be live with a connected calendar and a working CRM integration.
- ICP criteria, scripts, and qualifying questions must be configured (we'll help during onboarding).
- Lead source must be active — either your inbound funnel or a list you've uploaded / connected.
- One claim per workspace. Workspaces created to re-claim the guarantee aren't eligible.
How to Claim
No forms, no retention calls, no fine print. One email from the workspace owner is enough.
- Email guarantee@repoai.app from the workspace owner's address.
- Include your workspace name and the rep that was deployed.
- Send within 14 days of the 30-day window closing.
- We confirm eligibility within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days.
When the Clock Starts
The 30-day window begins on rep go-live — not on signup, billing, or onboarding kickoff.
- Go-live = the moment your rep places its first outbound call or accepts its first inbound.
- Onboarding pauses the clock — if it takes us 5 days to launch, you still get a full 30 days of performance.
- If you pause the rep mid-trial, the clock pauses with it.
- We'll show the live countdown inside your dashboard so there are no surprises.
What's Excluded
The guarantee covers performance, not setup choices you walk back on. It doesn't apply when:
- The rep was paused or disabled for more than 50% of the 30-day window.
- The connected calendar or CRM was disconnected during the window without re-connection.
- ICP criteria were left at defaults (i.e. the rep was given no targeting).
- Lead source was empty — no inbound traffic and no uploaded list.
- The workspace was created to re-claim the guarantee on a previously-claimed account.
These aren't loopholes — they're the conditions where we genuinely can't be responsible for the outcome. If you're unsure whether your setup qualifies, email us before go-live and we'll confirm in writing.
