User Data Deletion Instructions

REPŌ (“we”, “us”) lets you connect your Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads accounts to manage your Pixel and Conversions API integration. When you sign in with Facebook, we receive your Facebook user ID, name, email, and the permissions you grant (such as Ads, Business, and Pixel access).
You can ask us to delete this data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1 — From inside REPŌ
- Sign in to your REPŌ account at repoai.app.
- Go to Settings → Account and click Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, connected Meta credentials, and all associated data within 30 days.
- To remove only the Meta connection (without deleting your REPŌ account), open Agents → CAPI + Pixel and click Disconnect next to your Facebook account.
Option 2 — Email request
Email privacy@repoai.app from the address associated with your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please include:
- Your REPŌ account email
- Your Facebook user ID (if known)
We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Option 3 — Remove REPŌ from your Facebook account
You can also revoke REPŌ’s access directly from Facebook:
- Go to Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find REPŌ in the list and click Remove.
When Facebook notifies us of the removal, we delete the access token and all data we received via that connection within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your REPŌ profile and authentication credentials
- Facebook user ID, name, email, and granted scopes
- Stored access tokens for Meta Ads, Business, and Pixel
- Selected Business, Ad Account, and Pixel IDs
- Diagnostic logs tied to your account
Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
